With Malton’s boutique music festival, Meadowfest, returning on Saturday 30th July, local travel providers have scheduled later services to cater for festivalgoers who want to party until the very last note.

Headliners The Feeling will be playing all their hits and songs from their brand-new album, Loss. Hope. Love at Meadowfest – Malton’s family-friendly, one-day festival which runs from 10am – 10pm. A host of Yorkshire’s musical talent will join the festivities and light up the Riverside Meadows in the grounds of The Talbot with tunes to get everyone on their feet.

Ideal for festivalgoers who wish to use public transport, there are now later services with the final trains departing from Malton just after 11pm going to both York and Scarborough.

While there are no train strikes affecting services through Malton on 30th July, staff shortages and disruptions for other providers can still impact services, so visitors are recommended to check services before they travel and book in advance where possible.

Tickets for Meadowfest are limited and need to be booked in advance for the best price. For more information and to book, please visit www.visitmalton.com/meadowfest.
