Event Overview

Malton White Star Band has been serving the community for more than 100 years. It is a vibrant, community brass band which gives concerts, regular performances at the Malton Food Markets, plays for charity events and more under the direction of musical director Iain Fell. In the summer it can be seen on the bandstands at Filey and Peasholm Park, Scarborough.

The Community Training Band, started in 2023 by Mrs P France, provides free tuition, the loan of instruments and lots of fun.

The Christmas Concerts in the Milton Rooms have become a feature for the past three years and are a highlight of the festive calendar.
